As you’ve probably deduced, my name is Bryan and I do design. From websites and apps to billboards and “station dominations”, I’ve done a little bit of creative everything for over 10 years now. Pretty straightforward.
What’s not so straightforward is how I ended up here. My initial dream was to be on Broadway, but like most such dreams, it was quickly replaced by a stubbornly reasonable alternative once it was clear that not all great passions make great careers. Luckily, I landed an internship designing Broadway websites, which grew into a wonderful, if unexpected, career in digital design.
After the curtain closed for me on Broadway, I found a second act in healthcare after an extended intermission at Google. I’m currently on my third healthcare startup and each has taught me, in different ways, how to apply design as a tool to improve peoples’ lives.

In my agency days, and later on an agency-esque team within Google, I honed my design skills working on a variety of projects for all sorts of innovative companies.
my leap of faith
In 2013, I left Google for the opportunity to join the founding team at Oscar. Over three years, we grew from about 15 employees to over 450 and launched our innovative health plan across three states. It was my first experience bringing modern tech and design to healthcare and I haven’t looked back since.
